A big thank you to our speaker, our affiliates (Shelter and Point-Blank Productions) and our members for making TrendTalks April a fun interactive session.

April’s TrendTalks handled THE hot button topic of the year, ‘the downturn’. Julia Foster, Director of Business Development from TBWA\RAAD got the girls thinking with effective on-ground strategies and inspiring examples of brands that created opportunities within the new landscape.

Not only did the talk lead to a spirited Q&A session with the ladies examining everything from ‘honesty’ in communication to ‘Dubai culture’ and the need to take informed risks going forward, but it also helped women from across disciplines connect around a common issue.
